What People Say

Most Liked

The standout attraction of D'railed is undeniably the Japanese Wagyu beef. Diners rave about the buttery tenderness and flavor profiles that set it apart from typical cuts.

Equally loved are the lamb lollipops—cooked to perfection, they bring satisfied smiles with each bite. Guests appreciate the extensive beer and cocktail selection that pairs with their meals beautifully, particularly under the stars while enjoying outdoor seating on warmer evenings.

D'railed also excels in creating a warm atmosphere with attentive service. The staff, including the ever-friendly Lyn, make each visit memorable, adding personal touches to the dining experience. Desserts, like their famous bananas foster, have also become crowd favorites, making it a must-try to end the meal on a sweet note.

Most Disliked

Some diners note that the price point at D'railed can be high, with meals averaging $100 or more for a couple. Although the quality justifies this, some might hesitate due to budget. It's advisable to go in with a plan, perhaps considering sharing dishes for a more economical experience.

A few patrons have commented on the sometimes extended wait times during peak hours, particularly when the restaurant features live music. While the ambiance is enjoyable, it can contribute to a slower dining pace during busy nights. Regulars suggest calling ahead for reservations to ensure a smoother experience.

I must say I was a bit skeptical at first due to the looks of the building on the outside, but my mind was quickly changed as soon as we stepped inside, the ambiance was amazing and comforting. We were quick greeted and sat by one of the hostesses there. Our waitress Lyn was just an absolute gem, making jokes with us and making sure we were take care of throughout our dinner! The brisket burnt ends were amazing as well as the lamp lollipops!! Main course was the Australian Wagyu Ribeye and, it was just to die for!!! Drinks were absolutely amazing as well. During our meal the owner/chef Jay come out and greeted us, that was the icing on the cake! Kudos to his 3 cooks in the back!! Definitely a 10/10 experience!! Looking forward to dinning there soon!… PS: expect to spend a little money there BUT absolutely worth it!!

This place is truly a gem. We have been traveling and stopped in Idaho Falls. Our daughter picked this place. Our waitress Lyn was amazing! The food is fine dining and the atmosphere was great! Chef Jay made delicious food for our entire table! Our daughter is a Celiac and we were impressed that she was able to have so many options from drinks to dessert! We would for sure be regulars if we lived closer. Thank you to the staff and Chef for an amazing experience!

Amazing from start to finish. Best restaurant in South eastern Idaho. Great apps. Drinks, salads, main course and dessert. Ignore the negative reviews. They either didn’t dine here or are delusional.

5 stars!!! If you are wanting flashy, this isn’t the place but for an easy, laid back atmosphere with good music, great service, and excellent food - this is a hidden gem inside a small inconspicuous red building. It is on the pricey side but flavor and quality is amazing. Recommend the sampler platter, burnt ends, and Alaskan red crab. Also - ask for outdoor seating if it’s nice out.

Wonderful restaurant with some really outstanding steaks. My wife and I eat here regularly and always enjoy ourselves.

Beyond impressed. We’ve traveled all across the Country & this is probably the best meal we’ve ever had. It’s worth every penny. If you’re not willing to pay for above average quality, an exceptional meal, & top notch service- then this isn’t the spot for you. We’ll return every single time we pass through Idaho Falls and will probably make a special trip just to enjoy this experience again. The Owner is also a gem. Thanks so much for a meal & experience we’ll never forget👍🏼.

Where do I even start. I would give more stars if I could. My family and I had dinner there tonight, the service was wonderful our server Joy was very nice and polite. The food was great and came out in a timely manner, the wagyu steak was the best I have ever had and I have had some pretty good steak and to top it off the owner Jay came out and introduced himself, very nice guy asking how the food was and carrying out conversations with us which is very rare in the restaurant industry. I couldn’t say enough good stuff about this place. Thank you. Highly recommended
